You can return items purchased on the site and receive a full refund,

With a 5% cancellation fee not to exceed ₪100

(or full credit without offsetting cancellation fees for purchases on the site)

If you want to cancel part of the order, you will receive a full credit for the item you canceled.

 

For exchanges on the site with home delivery:

Without prejudice to your right to cancel the transaction, exchanges can be made up to 21 days from the date of receipt of the order.

  3. A courier will arrive with the items you purchased and take the items for return.
  4. When we receive the items you returned to the courier, we will issue a refund to the payment method/credit to the website at your request.
