Product return process

Return of products purchased on the website only

If you are interested in a home pickup service other than due to a defect, or when canceling a transaction

1. A return shipping fee of 25 NIS must be purchased.
2. A courier will come to collect the items.
3. Once we receive the items we will issue a refund/credit of your choice.
4. If you wish to exchange products, you must add a return courier to your order.
5. When purchasing products , the return courier is free and you only pay for shipping to you.
