Transaction cancellation

A consumer may cancel a transaction from the date of the transaction and up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the property or from the date of receipt of a document containing the details of the transaction, and if he is a senior citizen, a new immigrant or a person with a disability (and the engagement in the transaction included a conversation between the trader and the consumer) - within 4 months from the date of receipt of the property or receipt of the document containing the details of the transaction, whichever is earlier.
